Regular Membership (minimum 3 months)

Consists

1. Emergency hospitalization with adequate human resources and same support during discharge (400-600/-)

2. Consultation with doctor during hospitalization and other support as required.
3. Manpower support during pathological and normal radiological tests (150-350/-)
4. Assistance during Chemotherapy, Dialysis, Radiation therapy etc. (350-500/-)
5. Doctor at doorstep or consultation on video call. (100- 200/-)
6. Assistance for Banking, Postal Job, Municipal activities, Tax Consultation etc. (150-300/-)
7. Arrangement for weekly Bazaar and monthly Grocery (50-150/-)
8. Companionship, spending quality time with the family.

Service charge will vary between Rs. 100-600 depending on time and  distance.

Monthly 2 visits
Rs.300 per extra visit for quality time spending
Travelling allowances extra

(All third party payment should be made by the members, i.e. doctor on call, car, ambulance, medical equipments etc)
