Emergency hospitalization. Need to convert the scheme to the other existing one after first service.

  • Rs. 1000 Per Month (single)
  • Rs. 1300 Per Month (couple)
Monthly visit once
Rs.300 per extra visit for quality time spending
Travelling allowances extra
(All third party payment should be made by the members, i.e. car, ambulance, medical equipments etc)
