Once a month general physician visit
Monthly blood tests (Blood sugar fasting and PP, Sodium, Potassium, Haemoglobin, ESR, Creatinine)
Special blood test twice yearly (Thyroid, LFT, Hbalc)
No travelling allowences required upto 50 kilometers.
service charges required only if Dialysis, Chemotherapy, Radiotherapy etc starts.
